Tidbinbilla Visitor Centre
Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve, including the Visitor Centre, is closed until 11:59pm 30th January 2020 due to elevated fire danger. More information can be found on the Environment website.
The Tidbinbilla Visitor Centre is open seven days a week and provides up-to-date information about walks, self-guided options, ranger guided activities and tours. The gift shop sells a wide range of clothes, toys, books, jewellery, cards and souvenirs The Centre also has a wide range of maps and guide books including plants, animals, birds, Aboriginal connections and the history of the area.
Our kiosk has coffee, snacks, ice cream, hot pies and sausage rolls, cold drinks, as well as vegetarian options. The Visitor Centre, also has a great range of local, and bush tucker food, including native spices and chutneys.
Opens 9:00 am and closes 5:00 pm all year
Winter: Opens 7.30 am; closes 6 pm
Summer: Opens 7.30 am; closes 8 pm in summer (AEDT)
Tidbinbilla is CLOSED on Christmas Day.
Tidbinbilla may also be closed on days of total fire ban, high winds or for management requirements.
